Beautiful, open water view of the Gulf of Mexico, unimaginable sunsets, and deep water dockage for your boat, this is more than your typical canal home in Marathon, FL. The unobstructed view of open water is spectacular. This property overlooks a large water cove that has a maximum depth of 25 feet. There is plenty of marine life to enjoy right from the dock, including tarpon tailing, manatees, rays, porpoises and snappers. 

This property sleeps 10-12 people with 1 king, 2 twins and a full-size pull out sofa on each side of the duplex, all with linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware; you’ll feel right at home. For the sports enthusiast, just bring your boat, dive gear & tackle (trailer parking on site, boat ramp nearby), the dock will handle up to 32′ for this rental (up to 75′ for the entire duplex!) If you don’t own a boat, we can provide information regarding boat rentals that will be delivered right to the dock. This is perfect for large family & friend groups.
