Enjoy luxury views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The deck is a great place to kick back and relax while overlooking the pool and Gulf. The 3^rdstory master bedroom has a panoramic view of the bridge along with the water.

You’ll have ladder access to the water for ease of swimming or other water activities. If you prefer freshwater, you’ll love the unit’s private swimming pool as it’s a great spot to cool off and soak up the Florida sun. There are 3 outdoor decks along with a waterfront pool patio.

The living areas are covered with tile floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Bathrooms include a roman tub shower. The renovated kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to make yourself at home during your stay.

Relax with the comfortable seating provided on the outdoor patio. It also includes a grill, pool, fish cleaning table and one of the best views. You can fish, swim or snorkel right from the dock.

We encourage you to bring your boat or we can help you get a rental delivered. The boat needs to be under 30 feet in length and less than 10 feet wide to fit in a protected cut-in boat slip. Onsite parking can have up to 2 vehicles and your boat. There’s plenty of secure storage for fishing and dive gear.
